Hampton Inn Neptune/Wall

Nicely renovated Hampton Inn. The rooms were relatively large and clean. The front desk staff, particularly Angel, were very friendly. Hilton digital keys worked well. Easy access to the outlet center and Brick House restaurant across the street.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The gentleman working night shift was very helpful and had a great attitude. Very spacious room. The lady working on night shift not the nicest and surly.

I don’t often review hotels, but this one truly stood out. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. I consistently saw team members tidying up, moving around the hotel, and checking in to see if I needed anything — genuinely impressive service. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool. I had a little time before my flight and decided to relax there, and it was absolutely divine. The water was warm, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the whole setting was just beautiful, as you’ll see in the video. Overall, an awesome experience, definitely would return here.

From check in to check out it was a great stay! The manger was fantastic, they were visible and easy to find. I was able to check in early after calling ahead and learning my room was ready. They had a very nice treat shop and they even had a selection of coffees at their coffee area which is always nice. (Dark roast, medium, decaf) The room was clean, spacious, fairly priced, and the AC was very effective which is always nice in the summer. They had ample parking and tons of interesting/fun locations nearby. I do wish the breakfast area was a touch bigger, 10-11 tables in a 6 floor hotel is cutting it close, but I won’t nitpick, great stay, nice rooms, attentive staff!

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Neptune Wall for a wedding and it was above and beyond. The rooms were immaculate, the water refill stations , coffee station were a nice touch and the breakfast was delicious and filled with variety . They have ample parking They are dog friendly and had dog treats available and waste bags. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a great stay . Letchia answered my 100 phone calls with all my questions with no problem and was such a pleasure to work with, never once sounding annoyed with my annoying questions :) A kind front desk can make a hotel and this hotel had the best with her . It exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend staying there if you need a hotel in that location. Thank you for a great stay !

I had a really good stay here for 1 night while visiting the area. The room was clean and everything worked. The guys at the front desk were super helpful with answering questions and making recommendations. Especially the guy with the moustache who told me about the Quckstop that I ended up visiting after I left. Parking was easy. Elevator was quick. And the breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was attentive and on top of everything. If I visit this area again, I'll def stay here again.

I traveled here from EWR for a 3 day work trip. The staff was incredibly kind and considerate, and the hotel property was maintained wonderfully. I actually had to order something last minute for work and have it shipped - the hotel staff had my package ready with a note immediately after it arrived. It is a bit of a drive from the airport (I flew out of EWR) so keep that in mind for travel- but other than that I can’t find anything negative to say! Honestly a breath of fresh air.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for a wedding nearby and had a truly memorable experience; not just because of the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, but because of the incredible kindness and dedication of the staff. After checking out, I realized I was not wearing my bracelet, which held deep sentimental value to me. Retracing my steps and calling all the places I visited over the weekend, no one had found my bracelet. My last option was to call the hotel in hopes that it fell off in my room/the hotel lobby and someone kindly returned it. When I called the front desk, Reese immediately took my concern to heart. He was compassionate, reassuring, and sprang into action without hesitation. He quickly connected with Juan from housekeeping who had found my bracelet earlier in my room. Reese and Juan didn’t just do their jobs, they made me feel valued and cared for. I can’t thank them enough, and I hope the Hampton Inn recognizes what a gift they are to guests like me. This kind of service is rare, and it’s the reason I’ll absolutely be returning to Hampton Inns in the future. Thank you again, Reese and Juan, you made all the difference to me!
